I am the Implementation & Client Success Consultant at CORE Higher Education Group. I bring over 9 years of Ed Tech experience, specializing in Implementation Project Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Program Management. Tim is passionate about teaching both external and internal stakeholders on best practices to ensure they're in the best position to succeed. Over those years, I have worked with more than 200 universities/colleges for different levels of support and guidance. 

My educational background includes a BS in Management and Certificate of Business Foundations from Indiana University, as well as a Six Sigma: Green Belt Certification from Bellarmine University. The knowledge earned from both institutions has helped put me in a position to understand high-level situations and how to approach each one differently to bring an effective solution to the table.
