Goals (Personal & Professional): Lasana Karva Jr.
Goals for the Fall 2024 Semester
- Develop effective time management skills to balance academic workload, extracurricular activities, and personal life. Create a study schedule and stick to it to avoid last-minute cramming and burnout.
- This semester, while working as an intern I want to counsel at least five patients per week on new prescriptions their physicians have prescribed. This will allow me to further focus on developing essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and patient care techniques. Ultimately, this will be crucial for my Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPE) and my future interactions with patients and healthcare providers.
