This award demonstrates my perfect attendance and arriving on time to all my classes during the 2021 semesters. This shows that I am reliable and dependable, and I succeeded in my effort to get perfect attendance. 

This project shows my skills and knowledge in using Micrsoft Excel and Word document. The project demonstrates how I used the information to create a graphing chart, pie chart and a line chart through Excel, along with answering the short answer questions and explaining the statistics behind the chart given. 

The short project persented shows my knowlege and skills in properly identifing the patient before documenting information. I also show that I can correctly register patients in an EHR system and identify important patient information nescessary for charting. 

This project shows my understanding of how improtant effective communication can be when communicating electronically. In this eassy I talk about the pros and the cons of electronic communicating, and how and why all electronic information should be secured to protect patient information. With knowledge on HIPPA regulations and patient information, this project shows my understanding of effective communication.
