2. During my P3 year, I will strengthen my patient and interprofessional communication skills by completing at least 10 documented counseling or provider-communication encounters in my IPPE rotations and reflecting on opportunities for improvement after each encounter.
2. I will review and summarize the pharmacological profiles of at least five new medications each week, focusing on their indications, mechanisms of action, and potential side effects. This will allow me to confidently contribute to clinical discussions and support therapeutic decision-making by the end of my internship.
2. Vaccinations is something that makes me very nervous, and I want to practice giving them numerous times while practicing during my IPPE hours.

I will track patient feedback and self-assess my communication effectiveness to refine my approach and enhance patient education.2. I will review and summarize the pharmacological profiles of at least five new medications each week, focusing on their indications, mechanisms of action, and potential side effects. Goals 23-24
1. During my IPPEs I want to learn how to counsel patients taking antibiotics for the first time. I know there is patient education to be given every time a patient starts a new medication, but I want to particularly learn about counseling with antibiotic medications. 2. Internship and Externship
In PHAR251, I have learned about safety practice in the pharmacy, written prescription details, calculations, PPCP and medication adherence. I have the requirements for IPPEs coming soon, and how to navigate the preceptors regarding IPPEs.
I am a PharmD Candidate at the University of Findlay in the College of Pharmacy as part of the class of 2027. My goal in pharmacy is to pursue a residency in outpatient pharmacy to specialize in an area of primary clinical care.
