I am a sales-focused account leader with an extensive background in client management and a track record for driving large-scale enterprise account performance.
In this role, I serve as a trusted advisor to guide client teams through the sales process. I provide the application support, tools, and resources needed to create a seamless user experience and develop a high degree of customer confidence. I also lead new product launches and create value-added messaging to drive product education, awareness, and interest.
Additionally, my 10 years of experience in the entertainment industry allowed me to elevate my project management skills to successfully operate under strict time and budgetary constraints. During this time, I worked in production and post-production for organizations such as Google, ABC, CBS, FOX, and HBO.
Throughout my career in sales and account management, I have maintained a strong focus on client success. I develop strong internal and external relationships to effectively advocate for my clients and provide a smooth sales and integration process. Ultimately, it is my goal to be the voice of my customer and ensure objectives are not only met but exceeded.
Outside of my career, I am working toward a personal goal of visiting every national park in the country – so far I've seen 41 out of the 62 national parks in America.
