Continuing education or professional development is required in many fields, including all healthcare providers, teachers, insurance professionals, financial advisors, accountants, architects, engineers, emergency management professionals, school administrators, attorneys, and more. The continuing education unit (CEU) is described as ten hours of participation in an education program.

Patient Services ER
Worked for Northeastern Health System as a patient services coordinator. I would go into the ER rooms after a patient was brought to the back to confirm that all information was up to date and current in our system. Make sure that all emergency contacts were up to date and also to verify insurance. I would make sure that they were still eligible with their insurance and let staff know of any pre-approvals that would be needed.
FedEx Ground Courier
This may seem the same as the previous entry, but it differs in the time commitments and the volume and weight of the packages. Deliver and Pick-up lots of packages and provide customer service that keeps them coming back.
FedEx Express Courier
Load my van in a way that I can deliver all my packages as quickly as possible, making sure that I will meet my time commitments. Provide excellent customer service that will have the customer continue to use FedEx Express.
