My expected graduation in as a Human Recources Specalist is expected May 22nd 2021. I also follow many HR professional groups on different media outlets to keep up with current trends and advice within my feild to ensure I am staying relevent within my knowledge. I also plan to further my education and complete my Bachalors degree by 2022. 

My professional goal is to build my professional portfolio as strong as possible, gain new knowledge and find an organization to share my skills and grow with the organization overtime.

I look forward to gaining more skills sets as well continuing to master my specialty. I enjoy expanding my avenues in different working positions within the Human Resources field. I look forward to tapping into all aspects of HR to master my specialty. Overall, I would love to work towards HR management position.

My personal goals are to become the best version of myself. Although I am confident in my skills, I believe that there is always room for growth and the learning never stops. I plan to continue my education and receive my Bachelor's degree in HR by 2023 and complete my master's degree by 2023-2024.

I grew up in a small town in New Mexico and was raised by ranchers, law enforcement and military personnel. I learned strong work ethic, and moral ethical standards from a young age so I take pride in transferring my core values into everywhere and everything that I do.

I also have family located in different areas of the country with different diverse backgrounds, so I take pride on being able to understand and sympathize easier than others. I pride myself on being communicative, reliable and loyal to companies I interact with as long as they treat their employees fairly and hold the same high ethical and moral values that I have.  

Due to my diverse background my goal is my goal is to be a part of a team and organization that has a great culture that suites create not only structure and compliance but acceptance and safety among management and employees.

I believe with the right attitude in a affective culture with acceptable training any organization can thrive. The success truly is within the quality of who you are working with and who is keeping the machine running.
 
Overall, my goals are to build a strong, loyal and respectable career within the human resources field. I am looking froward to gaining constant knowledge and mastering my skills.
