My Bio: Katie Correa
Early Childhood Educator

I am a dedicated early childhood education professional with over 7 years of experience promoting the growth and development of young children. Throughout my career, I've worked in a variety of early education settings, gaining firsthand experience with classroom instruction, curriculum implementation, and child-centered learning practices. I am dedicated to providing safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environments that encourage children's social, emotional, and academic development. My work demonstrates a thorough understanding of early learning standards, classroom management strategies, and the importance of building positive relationships with children and their families. Along with first-hand classroom experience, I have demonstrated excellent teamwork and communication skills by collaborating closely with coworkers, families, and administrators to meet the unique needs of every child. I place a high value on continuing professional development and continually seek ways to improve my teaching methods and stay up to date on best practices in early childhood education. I approached my work in early childhood education with professionalism, empathy, and a child-first mindset because I am passionate about building a solid foundation for lifelong learning.
