My Bio: Kaitlin Blake
Personal Summary
In 2012, I started my college journey at SUNY Brockport. I enrolled as a dual major student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in both Graphic Design and Communications. After graduating in May of 2016, I landed a job at New Era Cap as a graphic designer for the on-field team. My team worked on the graphics that went on the hats that players in the NFL, MLB, and NBA wore either on the field or on the sidelines during games. I enjoyed my time as a graphic designer until 2020 when the company made a large layoff due to results from the pandemic. At that time, I decided this would be an opportunity to utilize other skills and apply for a position in higher education.

In August of 2020, I accepted a position at Bryant & Stratton College as an Admission's Advisor. I fell in love with working and helping students to enroll for their dream careers. Since then, I have taken on more responsibilities within the college as far as mentoring and training new hires and branching out in any leadership opportunity that came my way. Today, I am now a Senior Admission's Advisor with the intent to keep moving up within the company. My goals have always been to grow in the professional world and be a strong and authentic leader.
