Student teacher for E.T.H.O.S Leadership Group

This internship program required me to educate young teenagers who got expelled from school. Our goal is to provide resources and teach skills that prevent students from getting kicked out of school.

PROF450 Articulation Worksheet and Portfolio Project

The courses provided in this table taught me the skills and abilities required in the human and social services field. I believe that all my elective psychology classes, including anatomy, physiology and medical terminology, helped me prepare myself for the medical field. I have insight into the medical field due to the constant research, diagrams, and informative case studies. Understanding human development matters because it gives us insight into the “programming language” that forms our temperament, our capabilities, our opinions, and virtually everything else that makes us human. The primary goal I strive for is enhancing human well-being and helping meet the basic needs of all people, meanwhile focusing on those who are vulnerable, oppressed, and living in poverty. There is not one course more important than another, I understand that human and social services are more than just taking care of people; it involves society, the environment, public safety and health.
