Configure, program, and calibrate MedSystem III Infusion IV pumps using FMS Software.

Maintain documentation on all aspects of equipment inspections and calibration to meet the current standards for Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services.

Complete daily inventory logs to ensure the department maintained an adequate amount of medical supplies and stay within our annual budget.

Monitor and report on lost utilization hours for the ambulances in the field operations department and identify ways to reduce or eliminate.

Manage staff to ensure ambulances are restocked in accordance with the guidelines set by TDH and Physicians Advisory Board.

Develop, monitor, and guide the professional development of all team members.

Maintaining accurate staffing levels through scheduling.

Responsible for ensuring policies and procedures were understood by staff and followed, regarding use and control of applicable restricted narcotics as determined by the Medical Director, DEA and TDH.

Ensure employees are working in a safe manner at all times by using established processes; using PPE and safety equipment when needed.
