With a strong foundation in health service administration and hands-on experience as a medical assistant, I am dedicated to enhancing patient care and operational efficiency within healthcare settings. I am currently completing my associate's degree in health service administration at Bryant & Stratton College, which complements my background in medical assisting and my certification as a state-tested nursing assistant.
Over the years, I've gained a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and administrative sides of healthcare, excelling in patient care, insurance verification, and electronic medical records management. My career journey, which began with a commitment to compassion and patient advocacy, has equipped me with the skills to support both patients and healthcare teams effectively.
I am passionate about fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment and am committed to driving improvements that enhance healthcare delivery. My goal is to bring empathy, skill, and efficiency to every role, contributing to an organization that values both patient satisfaction and professional growth.
