Meeting PDC alumni and speaking with Arman Kiledjian about the different career pathways available after graduating from pharmacy school was a valuable experience. I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about what to expect throughout the pharmacy program and how to prepare for future career opportunities. One downside was that the only alumnus who attended the panel was not pursuing a residency, which made it difficult to ask questions and gain insight into the residency application process and what to expect from that pathway. However, I found Arman’s advice about the program especially helpful, as he highlighted interesting courses to look forward to and identified classes that may require more time and effort when studying. His insights gave me a better idea of how to approach my coursework and prioritize my studies moving forward.
