Hello, my name is Jenesis Rogers. I’m 25 years old and originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee. I am currently pursuing my associates degree in Health Services Administration at Bryant & Stratton College. My passion for helping others and my interest in the healthcare field have inspired me to build a career focused on improving the experiences and services provided to individuals and communities.
Professionally, I bring over five years of experience in customer service and administrative roles within the healthcare and insurance industries. In my current position as an Eligibility Specialist at Unum, I support employees and employer representatives by managing claims and assessing eligibility for various leave programs. Through this experience, I have developed strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. I have also gained valuable knowledge of healthcare-related processes, policies, and regulations, while learning the importance of empathy and attention to detail when assisting others.
As I continue my education in Health Services Administration, my goal is to expand my knowledge of healthcare operations and develop the skills needed to contribute to an organization that prioritizes quality care, efficiency, and positive patient experiences. I am excited to continue growing professionally and exploring opportunities where I can make a meaningful difference in the healthcare field.
Outside of school and work, I enjoy reading, traveling, listening to music, and spending quality time with my family. These interests help me stay grounded, motivated, and inspired as I work toward my personal and professional goals.
