Work legal delinquent judgement accounts and try to provide customers with a payment oe settlement arrangement that they can feel comfortable paying. Also locating assets, such as bank accounts, property, and employment from customers that have judgements then attach the asset to the judgement in order to obtain payment on the judgement, Work with local Shreriff and Marshall Department in the correct jurisdiction to have customer served correctly. Make sure all correspondants and legal documents are correct and have all the essential information documented. Answer customer questions and concerns.
Able to do more than one think at a time, however making sure that I am completing each task, and recognising when I am taking on too much at one time.
The ability to researh case evidence to the fullest covering all thatthereis to cover and writing in legal terms for my audience to understand.
