CPD Plan Management: ACTION / LEARNING: Angelica Oliver
My plan to develop more skills
My CPD plan is to develop more skills through schooling and within educational centers that will help me gain more knowledge and skills that I'll be able to use when I work as a preschool teacher after graduating. The knowledge and skills that I've learned so far, along with skills that I've developed over the years from when I was working as a pre-k teacher, will be a great step when I work in a classroom with little ones.
Educational Background: Angelica Oliver
Bryant and Stratton (Early Childhood Development)
Going for my Associate's degree in Early Childhood Development. I have experience working with children when I worked as both an in-home childcare provider and a Pre-K teacher. I have received the Dean's list awards and I'm always looking to accomplish more as I work towards my associate's degree.
Goals (Personal & Professional): Angelica Oliver
My goals
My personal goals have been to always stay on top of things, get to appointments on time, enhance my technical skills, build professional networks, develop soft skills, and work well with others both personally and professionally.
My professional goals would be to demonstrate my commitment to child development, continuous learning to be able to teach the children better, and be able to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children.

My goal to become a preschool teacher
My goal is to become a preschool teacher after college as my career. I'm currently a student at Bryantstratton online college. I'm studing the Early Childhood Development courses. My skills include organization, caring, attentiveness, trustworthiness, ability to work with behavioral issues, and teamwork. I've worked with childcare before as a Pre-K teacher for two years, acquired my CPR and first aid for both adults and children, and I earned my Dean's list certificates.
I love working with children and like seeing their eyes light up when they discover something new, expanding their little minds, and watching them reach new heights.
My Bio: Angelica Oliver
Ms. Oliver
I'm currently taking courses to obtain my Early Childhood Development associate's degree and look forward to working with children as a preschool teacher. I have worked with children as a pre-k teacher for two years, have the knowledge associated with what I would need to know when teaching, expanding the children's minds, and look forward to having a wonderful future where I can see a child's eyes light up when they discover something new and exciting in class.
Projects: Angelica Oliver
Health, Safety, and Nutrition
The project that I worked on with this involved discussing nutritious meals for a week for age-appropriate children and the different foods that we could grow in containers together. The children would learn how to grow different veggies, watch the crops grow, and taste their creations while learning about healthy snacks that they could have when they want to munch on something.
