CPD Plan Management: ACTION / LEARNING: Angelica Oliver
My CPD plan is to develop more skills through schooling and within educational centers that will help me gain more knowledge and skills that I'll be able to use when I work as a preschool teacher after graduating. The knowledge and skills that I've learned so far, along with skills that I've developed over the years from when I was working as a pre-k teacher, will be a great step when I work in a classroom with little ones.

Going for my Associate's degree in Early Childhood Development. I have experience working with children when I worked as both an in-home childcare provider and a Pre-K teacher.

    I'm currently taking courses to obtain my Early Childhood Development associate's degree and look forward to working with children as a preschool teacher. I have worked with children as a pre-k teacher for two years, have the knowledge associated with what I would need to know when teaching, expanding the children's minds, and look forward to having a wonderful future where I can see a child's eyes light up when they discover something new and exciting in class.
