Maximizer: The Maximizer strength reflects my natural inclination toward excellence. I am driven to bring out the best in myself and those around me. What surprises me about this strength is the constant pursuit of improvement; there's always room for enhancement. It means that I not only appreciate strengths but actively seek opportunities for growth and optimization.

This strength is a reminder of my resilience and ability to address issues head-on. Surprisingly, it's not just about fixing problems but finding satisfaction and purpose in the process of restoration.
Communication: Strong communication is a cornerstone of effective healthcare. This strength highlights my ability to convey ideas clearly and connect with others. What surprises me is the power of communication not only in the transmission of information but in building relationships and fostering understanding. It means that I can be a bridge between complex medical information and patients, facilitating better healthcare outcomes.
