Welcome to my ePortfolio! My name is Sophia Darmanie, and I am currently pursuing my degree in Health Services Administration at Bryant & Stratton College. As a first-generation college student in my family, earning my degree is an accomplishment that holds special meaning to me and motivates me to continue working toward my goals. I am passionate about helping others and building a successful career in the healthcare field. Through my education and professional experiences, I have continued to strengthen my communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. My goal is to use my knowledge and experience to grow as a healthcare administration professional and make a positive contribution to the organizations and communities I serve.

I am currently a full-time online student at Bryant & Stratton College, where I am pursuing my associate's degree in Health Services Administration. I have been attending college full-time for over a year while also maintaining full-time employment. Throughout my academic journey, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA, which reflects my dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to my education. Balancing work and school has strengthened my time-management, organization, and perseverance, and I am proud of the progress I continue to make toward achieving my career goals.

Goals (Personal & Professional): Sophia Darmanie
My personal and professional goals are centered around building a successful career, achieving financial stability, and creating a secure future for myself. Professionally, my goal is to complete my degree in Health Services Administration and use my education, skills, and work experience to become a hospital administrator. I want to take on a leadership role where I can help improve healthcare operations, support employees, and contribute to providing quality care for patients. As I gain experience in the healthcare field, I hope to continue developing my leadership and management skills and eventually advance into higher-level administrative positions. Personally, one of my biggest goals is to become a homeowner before the age of 30. I also want to continue building financial independence, maintain a healthy work-life balance, travel and experience new places, and create a stable and fulfilling life for myself. Each of these goals motivates me to continue working hard, growing professionally, and making decisions that will positively impact my future.
