As a medical coder, my career goals include staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices, continuously improving my coding skills and knowledge, and seeking opportunities for growth and advancement within the field.
I would also like to obtain additional certifications to be able to Audit Claims.
Additionally, I need to maintain a strong work ethic, collaborate effectively with colleagues and healthcare providers, and prioritize accuracy and attention to detail in my work to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ultimately, I would like to make a meaningful contribution to the healthcare industry while advancing my professional development and achieving personal fulfillment in my career.
I am a highly skilled and dedicated medical coder with over 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry. With an education in Medical Reimbursement and coding. I will graduate with my Associates in June of 2024. I will be certified by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS).
I believe I demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy in my work. I am experienced in using various coding systems such as ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS to accurately assign codes to medical diagnoses and procedures. I also have experience with medical billing and claims management, ensuring that claims are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
I am passionate about staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to improve her knowledge and skills. I am also interested in obtaining additional certifications to be able to audit claims. She actively collaborates with healthcare providers and colleagues to ensure that patient safety is always a top priority.
