I am a firm believer that there is never enough learning that can be given or taken in firstly. However, I know I am strong in customer service skills because I am able to adapt, assist, and adjust to others' needs by observing, preparing, and providing the necessary needs of individuals. I am learning to take more time out to breathe, relax, and take more time for myself first. I have learned that sometimes isn't the best time to react to situations and properly planning and observing is very critical and important to digest before reacting to situations.
Proper plan management
Take the time to plan out what you are going to complete, what you need to do, or what tasks are necessary. There are multiple ways to properly plan out important and not-so-important information. Some of my favorite ways to properly plan is to plan from highly important to the least important. Again this is my way and my way may not necessarily be great for someone else, so you should gather information and do what would fit you best.
Reflection
As I reflect back on my courses this semester I have grown tremendously. I can honestly admit that I have faced one of my biggest fears and that has given me more insight and has built up more confidence with being able to record myself and not just be in person speaking out. I have always feared recording myself and not being able to see how people respond to conversation and now I can honestly say that I am comfortable with not knowing because as long as I know I have given it my best and performed the video to the best of my ability that is all that I can give.

What is a fellowship? A Fellowship is the period of medical training, in the United States and Canada, that a physician, dentist, pharmacist,or veterinarian may undertake after completing a specialty training program (residency). During this time (usually more than one year), the practitioner is known as a Fellow. Fellows are capable of acting as an Attending Physician or a Consultant Physician in the generalist field in which they were trained, such as Internal Medicine or Pediatrics.

I plan on becoming a special education teacher within the Gwinnett County area that is located in Georgia.

I love arts and crafts. I love to travel. I love spending time with my family and friends making memories and living life like it was the last day I would be on earth.

I am a compassionate, huge-hearted individual that has taken on a world of education. Special education is my passion, my life, my world! I not only work with children with ASD but also with other disabilities too. I have worked in many different career fields but none has made me feel as if I was changing or making an impact on the world and teaching it fulfills everything about me, my life, my dreams, and my whole being. I have dedicated myself to my work. I have accomplished my fear of not finishing college. On August 8, 2023, I have been married for 15 years and together with my best friend for a total of 19 years and we are still happily married. I am thriving and striving in my career field. I am making a great, dependable, honest, and structured name for myself.
