I am a dedicated human services professional with experience in crisis stabilization, targeted case management, and street outreach. I have a strong passion for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use, and housing instability. Through my work, I have developed skills in client assessment, de-escalation, resource coordination, and building trust with diverse populations.

I take pride in my ability to remain calm under pressure while providing compassionate and effective support. My experience has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills, allowing me to meet clients where they are and help them navigate complex systems.
