Jonathan Strandberg Bio
Jonathan Strandberg is driven and team oriented PharmD candidate at the University of Rhode Island, College of Pharmacy. As a student, he has engaged in relevant coursework as well as had the opportunity for employment within the pharmacy industry. As a CVS intern, Jonathan is responsible for filling high volumes of medication prescriptions and providing improved patient care through education and adherence. In his role at Cureatr, conducted quality improvement analysis to enhance the process of collecting patient specific information and performing medication reconciliation. He researched and analyzed relevant literature to evaluate the benefits of remote patient monitoring, by pharmacists, in transition of care. Lastly, he carried out quality improvement analysis to assess previous patient refusals and implemented strategies to minimize future occurrences.
