Highly motivated and ambitious individual with cash handling experience, inventory control, and auditing experience. Diligent and organized and eager to continue to grow in the healthcare field. Currently completing an associate of applied science degree in health service administration and plan to continue with a bachelor's degree soon after.

Intergroup dynamics consist of different individuals who have different beliefs, perceptions and attitudes towards one’s group and other groups. This has allowed me to build strong leadership skills in a variety of healthcare settings with diversity and gain problem solving skills when dealing with group conflict. View
