• Defend Program and Institutional Outcome achievement evidenced through ePortfolio exhibits.
PROF450 - Career Development IV Graduation Ready Portfolio Presentation The course and project I have selected provided me with the KSBs (Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors) to effectively perform the outcome in the workplace by equipping me with valuable information, technical details, practical application of knowledge, and attitudes or approaches needed for competence. These were gained through a combination of very informative portfolio projects, lectures, quizzes, scenarios, and videos. We were taught adaptability, ethics, leadership skills, and how to use different technology in the healthcare system. This course has also shown me how to add value to the workplace by actively engaging in the wider business, as appropriate, and looking to provide information that positively contributes to influencing business decisions. These have motivated me to take responsibility and improve on teamwork as I use my drive and energy to get things done, even under pressure. I will continually strive to improve my own working processes and those of the workplace. View
