Short term & long term goals.
My short term goals are to finish school within the year and continue working in my field of study. My long term goal is to continue with school and enter into the medical field. I am also focused on continuous professional development and skill enhancement, building a strong network of mentors and peers, and maintaining a healthy work life balance to support my career aspirations.
