My name is Martaeshia Hall, and I am a Human Resources Specialist student at Bryant & Stratton College with a passion for helping people and supporting positive workplace environments. Throughout my education, I have developed knowledge and skills in employee relations, organizational behavior, payroll, recruitment, communication, and leadership. My coursework has strengthened my problem-solving, critical thinking, and professionalism while preparing me for a career in Human Resources.

I have experience in customer service, leadership, and retail management, which has taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, and providing excellent service. I enjoy working with people, building strong relationships, and finding solutions that benefit both employees and organizations.

My goal is to begin my career as a Human Resources professional where I can continue learning, contribute to organizational success, and help employees reach their full potential. I am committed to continuous professional growth and look forward to making a positive impact in the workplace.

Personal Goals:
My personal goal is to maintain a healthy balance between school, work, and my personal life while continuing to grow as an individual. I want to improve my time management skills, build my confidence, and continue learning new skills that will help me both personally and professionally. I also want to set a positive example for my family by staying committed to my education and achieving my goals.

Professional Goals:
My professional goal is to complete my Human Resources Specialist degree and begin a successful career in human resources. I hope to secure a position where I can use my communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support employees and contribute to a positive workplace culture. I also plan to continue developing my HR knowledge through training and certifications so I can advance into leadership opportunities in the future.

I am currently an online student pursuing my Human Resources Specialist degree. Because I attend classes online, I do not participate in campus committees or academic organizations. However, I actively engage in online discussions, complete collaborative assignments, and contribute to my virtual classroom. I am committed to my academic success and look forward to participating in professional organizations and service opportunities as I continue my education and career in human resources.
