I have worked with my company for nine years and recently became the Practice Manager, a key achievement in my career. I started as a Medical Records Technician, then became an Office Manager, and now I am the Practice Manager. My professional goal is to improve my leadership skills by getting an associate's degree in healthcare management. I want to become a more polished leader within my company.
My personal goal is to focus on self-care and make time for my personal development because I know it is important for my growth and well-being.
I enjoy my career in healthcare management administration. I love helping others, and this drives my career. I have strong natural leadership skills and have a proven ability to lead a team of at least twelve employees, both remotely and across three different medical offices.
