I review why HR managers are so important , why one needs to possess the current trends and tactics . 

This example we reflect on "Teach america" which uses college graduates to gain experience and at the sametime helping those disenfranchised in lower in come locations  or those who are less fortunate. 

This powerpoint was put together for an assignment for organziation phy and I know use it in my current actual career as  HR Generalist and use it every Friday in my orientation class. I go over emotional intellegence and think this falls under the employee development as Im helping them understand self awareness, giving them tips and tricks on how to control it and also other resources on said emotional intellegance. Going over the adverse impact as well as the positive impact it can have and examples of both.
