• I want to continue growing emotionally and spiritually while balancing my responsibilities as a caregiver, student, and grandmother.

I also volunteer at a women’s shelter that supports homeless women, mothers with children, and teenagers who are coming out of state custody. Being there and helping them through such a vulnerable time means a lot to me. It’s a place where I can show compassion, offer support, and be part of giving these families a safer, more stable start.

I’ve been a Tennessee State Notary Public since June 2025. I chose to do this in memory of my younger brother who passed away, and it’s become something very meaningful to me. My name is Tyniaqua Holloway, and I’m a woman who’s still growing, learning, and figuring out life one step at a time. I chose to study Human & Social Services because I’ve always had a heart for people. I want to understand them, support them, and be someone who can make a difference when life gets hard. College has been a big part of my journey not just for a career, but for becoming the person I’m meant to be. I’m proud of the path I’m on, and I’m excited to see where it takes me.
