RBT
As a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I support children and families through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). While I am not a traditional educator, I play a vital role in early intervention and behavioral support within educational and clinical environments.

I actively participate in professional development and contribute to campus and community initiatives. My involvement includes assisting with planning local autism awareness events, supporting parent education workshops, and collaborating with early childhood teams to promote inclusive practices. I’ve also attended national ABA conferences and contributed to discussions on trauma-informed care and ethical practice.

Through my work, I strive to create safe, supportive spaces for children to thrive. I’m passionate about sharing knowledge, mentoring new RBTs, and staying engaged with current research to improve outcomes for the families I serve.
What are admitting privileges? Admitting privilege is the right of a healthcare practitioner, by virtue of membership as a hospital's medical staff, to admit patients to a particular hospital or medical center for providing specific diagnostic or therapeutic services to such patient in that hospital. Each hospital maintains a list of health care providers who have admitting privileges in that hospital. Admitting privileges of some physicians may be limited to consultative services only.
