My goal in life is to be a conduit to peace, success, productivity, and functionality. I personally do not believe that a career is the ultimate destination. I believe a career is always a conduit to people. 

I want to bring my people and technical skills to my job in order to create an efficient and productive atmosphere. Productivity is not only defined by how well you can work a machine, but is also defined by how authentic and engaging you are with people. 

My Bio: Rhonda N. Ronsman
Rhonda’s professional career has taken many paths. Her first job was waitressing. It was there that she learned the value of acknowledgement and understanding. When she figured out how to make her tips more lucrative, her journey toward other career options began. 

When a customer asked Rhonda in 1992 at the restaurant where she worked if she would be interested in becoming an Administrative Assistant, her career as an Executive Assistant professional began. 

Since that time, Rhonda has become a Wisconsin Notary, is now on task to receive her Associates Degree in Business Administration, and has included Office Management in her portfolio of knowledge.

In addition, Rhonda is a professional public speaker, centering her talks on the lifelong impacts of sexual abuse, assault and harassment on victims and survivors. Her website, www.rhondaronsmanspeaks.com, offers many resources for victims, survivors, and those who care for survivors, to explore. Rhonda studied Music Theory at Berklee College of music and Music Therapy at Alverno college and uses what she learned to help sexual abuse, assault, and harassment victims and survivors find a peaceful, functional, and safe way to deal with the residual effects of their trauma. Her talks include training and workshops for social workers, law enforcement, places of work, and family members on how to recognize symptoms of abuse, assault or harassment and how to address these symptoms in a way that benefits the victim.
