Shannon Rascoe is a Correctional Captain at Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women, the only maximum-security prison for women located in Troy, Virginia. Shannon has been with Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women since 2009.Shannon's passion is to assist offenders and employees by leading and modeling the way. Professional Goals
My professional goal is to continue to grow and develop in my career with the Virginia Department of Corrections. I hope to soar through the ranks within the department and someday promote to a Warden. As far as short-term goals I hope to see myself promoting to Correctional Major within the next few years whenever a position opens for me to apply.
