Short-Term Goals

• Complete my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education by April 2026.

• Continue gaining practical experience in daycare and early learning environments to strengthen my classroom management and curriculum planning skills.

• Obtain and maintain relevant certifications such as CPR/AED and any state-required credentials.

Long-Term Goals

• Secure a Lead Teacher or Early Childhood Educator position in a high-quality early learning program.

• Develop expertise in child development and curriculum design, especially focusing on family engagement and inclusion.

• Work toward eventually opening my own childcare center or preschool program that reflects best practices and supports children and families in my community.

My Bio: Miranda Ann Turowski
I am currently pursuing my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at Bryant & Stratton College with an expected graduation in April 2026. My passion lies in supporting the growth and development of young children through nurturing, developmentally appropriate practices and strong partnerships with families. I have hands-on experience working in daycare settings with one-year-olds and other age groups, where I focus on creating safe, engaging, and inclusive environments. My goal is to continue expanding my skills so I can become a highly effective Early Childhood Educator who positively impacts children’s learning and well-being.
