My Bio:
HR Professional with a Background in Education

I’m Jennifer Ogletree, an HR and administrative professional with more than 20 years of experience working with people, supporting teams, and keeping operations running smoothly. I started my career in early childhood education, spending many years as a director, and that experience shaped how I lead, communicate, and handle challenges. Later, I transitioned into HR and administration at Lowe’s Distribution Center, where I continue to use my strengths in organization, problem‑solving, and helping employees feel supported.

I’m also finishing my degree in Early Childhood Education, and going back to school has reminded me how much I enjoy learning and growing. Over the years, I’ve worked in childcare centers, group homes, and even a detention program, so I’ve learned how to stay calm under pressure and connect with people from all backgrounds. I care about creating positive environments, building strong relationships, and doing work that makes a real difference.

Outside of work, I love riding motorcycles, thrifting with my spouse, and spending time with my family. Everything I do—personally and professionally—is rooted in integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Educational Background:
Continuing Education
I’m currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education at Bryant & Stratton College. Going back to school later in life has been a big part of my personal and professional growth, and it’s helped me strengthen the skills I use every day in HR and administration. Throughout my program, I’ve focused on child development, leadership, communication, and creating supportive environments—skills that translate well into the workplace. Finishing this degree is something I’m proud of, and it reflects my commitment to lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
Goals (Personal & Professional):
Goals
One of my biggest personal goals is to keep growing—both as a person and as a professional. Finishing my degree is a major milestone for me, and it represents my commitment to lifelong learning and not giving up on myself. Professionally, I want to continue building my career in HR and administration, focusing on roles where I can support employees, strengthen workplace culture, and help organizations run smoothly. I’m passionate about creating environments where people feel valued, respected, and supported, and I want my work to reflect that. Long‑term, I hope to move into leadership roles where I can mentor others and make a positive impact on teams and operations. Overall, my goal is simple: keep learning, keep growing, and keep showing up with integrity and purpose.
