I have thirteen years of experience (2008-2021) as a pharmacy technician working for Walgreens, The Pharmacy Counter, and most recently, ProMedica Specialty Pharmacy. Since September 2021, I have worked in pharmacy administration for ProMedica as a 340B Procurement Analyst, handling most of the system's 340B contract pharmacy issues. My first two semester's worth of IPPE hours were spent working at CVS in Monroe, MI. For my second-year IPPE hours, I worked at Genoa Pharmacy in Toledo, OH, which is a long-term care pharmacy that primarily focuses on mental health issues.
I have a Master of Public Health with a major in Epidemiology from the University of Toledo. I also have a Bachelor of Science with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Toledo.

Professional Goals Spring 2025
For my second set of IPPE hours, my goals are to continue to gain experience as a pharmacist and to work more with patients on the counseling side. My previous IPPE location was not ideal for counseling, but I would like to counsel at least 10 patients on general medication concerns. Also, I would like to work on DUR issues and resolve at least 7 this semester.
Professional Goals Fall 2024
I am beginning my third IPPE rotation this semester. My goals for this rotation coming up is to hopefully be a bit more involved in patient care, hopefully getting to do 10 vaccinations and getting to counsel more patients, maybe 3 to 5 patients. My goal is to primarily work on more of counseling side of the work since that is an important skill to keep refining.
