Hi! My name is Laya Griffin, and I am an Early Childhood Education student with a passion for helping young children learn and grow. As a teacher assistant, I enjoy creating fun, supportive learning experiences that help children build confidence and reach their full potential. I look forward to continuing my education and making a positive difference in the lives of children and families.

I am currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education at Bryant & Stratton College. Through my coursework and hands-on experience as a teacher assistant, I have developed skills in child development, classroom management, lesson planning, and creating engaging learning environments for young children. I am committed to continuing my education and growing as an educator. I have not attended any other schooling.

My goal is to become a skilled early childhood educator who creates a positive and supportive learning environment for every child. As I continue my education and gain experience, I hope to further my career by becoming a family and marriage therapist, where I can support children and families in building healthy relationships and overcoming challenges. enjoy making a positive impact in the lives of others and believe that kindness, patience, and creativity can make a lasting difference. Outside of work and school, I enjoy reading, drawing, spending time outdoors, and finding new ways to learn and grow. I strive to bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and caring heart into everything I do.
