My Bio: Morrigan Grimm
About Me
I am a newly certified CCS (04/2026) with a two-year, 4.0 GPA that reflects my meticulous attention to detail and dedication to my professional degree. I am prepared to apply this dedication to every patient record as a professional coder. I bring to the table a comprehensive understanding of ICD-10-CM/PCS guidelines, CPT E/M services, and surgical coding conventions. My knowledge is based on successful completion of a rigorous Associate's Degree program, where I gained hands-on experience in abstracting from simulated patient records and applying payer-specific guidelines. I possess a strong foundation in anatomy, medical terminology, and healthcare compliance.
My professional goal is to secure a foundational coding role (such as a Coder I or Junior Auditor) where I can immediately apply my theoretical expertise to drive compliant revenue integrity. I am actively focused on expanding my knowledge of risk adjustment and value-based care models to directly contribute to organizational data quality. I approach my work with meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, dedicated to serving as a critical liaison between clinical staff and the revenue cycle team.
