With a strong foundation in child development and classroom observation experience across toddler, preschool, and pre-kindergarten settings, I strive to support each child's growth through engaging activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. I did my best to fix the slides that needed to be corrected but I was still having issues with some of them. Especially Slide 10 when it came to it being visible and alignment as well as a few other slides. I hope I fixed slide 10 enough to where it was visible but I was having issues with Power Point.

Professional Goals For the Next Year
I have set forth professional goals for myself for the next year. My goals:
- Complete my Associate's Degree.
- Deepen my understanding of developmental milestones from birth to age 5.
- Learn and practice positive guidance techniques.
- Master Informal and formal observation and assessment tools.
- Learn effective communication strategies to with diverse families.
- Seek out volunteer or assistant opportunities in different early childhood settings.
- Understand my state's licensing standards, health and safety regulations, and ethical responsibilities.
- Strengthen my oral presentation skills.
- Build knowledge of how to support children with special needs or learning differences.
- Compile my lesson plans, observations, and certifications into a portfolio.
