The degree outcome that was met through this assignment: Adapt and apply information technology knowledge, skills, and abilities to justice applications. I attached this project to this outcome because this assignment allowed me the opportunity to devise a training proposal for law enforcement involving mental health patients and multicultural communities. Through this assignment, I was able to effectively communicate my thoughts and ideas on how to better train our officers when they are dealing with mental illness and multicultural communities.

Student Loan Portfolio Project.
The institutional outcome that this met is Quantitative and Scientific Reasoning - Follow established methods of inquiry and mathematical reasoning to form conclusions and make decisions. I attached this project to this particular institutional outcome because through this project I was able to gather information regarding my student loans. Through my knowledge of Microsoft Excel, I was able to take the skills I learned and apply them to calculate the FV of those loans as well as, the monthly payments. This project influenced me to take the initiative and create a budget to better manage my finances to ensure my student loans are paid off before the 10-year period.
