I am mother of two of my own children , two step children, and a dog. I am also married, and live two hours from th North Carolina beaches. I decided last year to make career change to the medical field. I am a har worker that likes to get things accomplished. In addition I have strong communication skilss, and organizational skills that is needed to ensure that everyone , and everything runs smothly in a medical facility. Additionally I possess a strong understanding on what healthcare polcies are.
The HTHS 301, Health Services Management course, significantly enhanced my Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSBs) for effective workplace performance in healthcare administration. The assessment components, such as case studies and project-based assignments, allowed me to apply theoretical concepts to realistic scenarios, developing my problem-solving and critical thinking skills essential for navigating complex healthcare environments.

The course HUSS 440, "Managing Human Service Delivery," equipped me with essential Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors (KSBs) crucial for effective workplace performance in human services. The curriculum's focus on strategic planning, resource allocation, and ethical decision-making directly enhanced my ability to navigate complex service delivery environments.
