Background
I went to high school at many different high schools from Virginia to North Carolina. I dropped out in the 10th grade, but went back two years later for my GED. I went to Halifax Community College from March 2012-June2012 when I graduated. I had enrolled to further my education in January 2022 and have an estimated graduation of 4-2024! I am in school for my Human and Social Services degree, where I look forward to beginning a career of working with my community.
Personal and Professional Goals
My personal goals are simple! I wish to supply my family with a better life than I had! I look forward to being the first family college graduate, and home owner! My professional goals are to eventually work in the school system with younger children. I want to "catch them while they're young" and provide my services to kids and families in need. Until I get into the school system I would like to try my hand in community social services. We all need somebody and I can't wait to be that somebody! I look forward to being able to assist and help others, it comes so naturally to me I would like to share it with others!
My Bio
I was born in Newport News, Virginia in November of 1992. I grew up in Hampton, Newport News, and many different cities in North Carolina. Childhood for me was rough, raised in poverty, unsafe environments, and pretty much raising myself until I left home at 17 when I became a mother. I got my GED and worked until getting married 6 years later. I then became a mother of three over the following two years. After my divorce and my children going to school I decided it was time to follow my own dreams of helping others and enrolled in school at Bryant and Straton College for my Human and Social Services degree. The rest is still unwritten but I look forward to being the author of the rest of my story!

I run an abuse and suicide prevention Facebook page. I have been running this page for many years, and we have helped many people along the way. This page has built my skills in communications, resources, and organization.
