My Bio: Tracee Frazier
A little about me
Hello I'm

Tracee Frazier is a 43‑year‑old entrepreneur from Birmingham, Alabama, with a deep love for singing, praise dancing, and serving her community. Her passion for children and education led her to open three successful childcare facilities, where she pours her heart into creating safe, loving, and enriching environments for families. My faith, creativity, and dedication shine through every thing I do, whether I'm leading her church, through dance, or connecting with the people around her.

Driven by a bigger vision, I'm currently earning an A.S. in Early Childhood Education with the goal of opening a full school that serves children from 6 weeks old through 12th grade. I believe in building strong foundations, supporting families, and giving every child the opportunity to grow and thrive. With her experience, passion, and commitment to lifelong learning, I am preparing to make an even greater impact on education in her community.

Educational Background: Tracee Frazier
Schools

I completed my Department of Children and Families (DCF) 45‑hour childcare training through Florida Career College of Jacksonville. This training is an important step in strengthening my knowledge of early childhood development, health and safety, and classroom practices.I also worked with Episcopal Children’s Services to earn my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, which will help me continue growing as an early childhood professional and leader.

To further my education, I also attended Florida State College at Jacksonville to receive my Director’s Credential, which will support my work as the owner of three childcare facilities. I’m also enrolled at Bryant & Stratton College, where I am earning my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Each of these programs is helping me build the foundation I need to reach my long term goal of opening a school that serves children from 6 weeks through 12th grade.

Goals (Personal & Professional): Tracee Frazier

Personally, one of my goals is to purchase my own home. As a 43‑year‑old business owner and mother, having a place that is truly mine is important to me and something I’m working toward. I want a home where I can continue growing, creating, and enjoying the things I love, like singing and praise dancing.

Professionally, my goal is to open multiple schools. I already own three childcare facilities, and I’m continuing my education so I can expand my vision. My long term plan is to build schools that serve children from 6 weeks through 12th grade, providing high quality education and support for families in my community. Every step I’m taking now earning my credentials, gaining experience, and strengthening my leadership moves me closer to making that dream a reality.
