My Bio: Brandi White
About me!

Hi, I am Brandi. I am a mother of three children, ages sixteen, twenty-three, and twenty-eight.  I have been married for eighteen years. I grew up in Richmond, Virginia, we moved to Southwest Virginia fifteen years ago. I am a Certified Dental Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, CNA, have my associate's in Applied Science in Reimbursement and Coding and I will be finishing up my bachelor's in Health Service Administration degree in December of 2024.

I enjoy working with the public and helping others. I hope the work I do as a coder or as a leader in the healthcare industry can help patients and team members alike. I know from personal experience that getting a bill from an insurance company or a physician’s office saying you owe them money when you think you do not can be frustrating, I want to be able to help alleviate those situations for patients. From my experience working in the hospital atmosphere, I want patients to feel like family, feel safe, and reassured when coming in for different issues.
