My Bio: Brandi White

Hi, I am Brandi. I am a mother of three children, ages thirteen, twenty, and twenty-five.  I have been married for fifteen years. I grew up in Richmond, Virginia and moved to Southwest Virginia twelve years ago. I am a Certified Dental Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, CNA, and now have my Associates in Applied Science in Reimbursement and Coding.

I enjoy working with the public and helping others. I hope the work I do as a coder can help settle and solve not only the companies coding and revenue issues but also help solve patients account problems. I know from personal experiences that getting a bill from an insurance company or a physician’s office saying you owe them money when you think you do not can be frustrating, I want to be able to help alleviate those situations for patients.
