During my oncology rotation, I participated in daily rounds with the hematology/oncology team and observed patient care and treatment planning. I completed “drug-of-the-day” projects, presented a topic discussion on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) and expanded my knowledge of oncology therapies, supportive care, and the pharmacist’s role in managing patients with cancer.

This month I completed a clinical pharmacy rotation in a level IIIB NICU. I participated in both low-risk and high-risk rounds, reviewed patient medication regimens, and calculated weight-based dosing for infants. My Bio: Saleigha Ellerbrock
I am currently working at St. Rita's hospital and have been working there since May 2023. I completed my first year of community IPPE rotations at Findlay Rite Aid and also Hometown Pharmacy in Pandora, Ohio. In my elective year I did my rotations at a nuclear pharmacy to get experience in a different kind of setting. Over the last fall and spring semesters, I completed my hospital rotations at Wyandot Memorial in Upper Sandusky.
