Strategic Management
This is probably another of those challenging courses that I had encountered we had a test from week one till the final week, and one the final discussion we had to do a video presentation regarding our portfolio project. I also learn a lot from this course and the requirement to be successful in international business. Every country has its law and regulation regarding expecting business from outside the country. Not every business outside our country will generate to be successful and before planning on going overseas we need to do a ton of research about the country that we want to do business with.

Employ Law & Labor Rel.
This course broadened my mind and gave me a better sense of understanding of how far American workers had come to get the fair treatment that they work so hard for. If we look at today’s workforce and the laws and regulations that are put in place to protect employees from being discriminated against or targeted by their employers, I think it’s a solid system but there are still going to be cracks and holes that we can all agree on that can be filled better.

Operations Management
Through exams, case studies, and video case studies this course had given me a better understanding of the operation of businesses. We all see now how technology plays a major impact in the business industry and is a part of our daily lives, technology will keep on advancing and businesses need to learn to adapt to this change if they want to keep their business running. Managers need to help organizations implement this change so they can be better prepared and well equipped to run the business.

Performance Management
I believe the portfolio project ties to the course well by helping me understand how different diversity can impact your team. Living in America we need to be able to overlook diversity, ethnicity, culture, language barrier, gender, and skin colors to be able to work in harmony. When everyone is willing to accept each other, the difference can be able to know how to appreciate one another, how each other elevates our jobs, and we become more successful in the things we do.

Abnormal PsychologyThis course had help me to understand the different disorders that can affect how a person functions or how they perform in the workplace. Most judge a person base on how they act or the way they talk in the workplace without taking the time to fully understand them, they might have a disorder that makes them act a certain way or hard for them to control their behaviors. A better understanding of some of these disorders will help me to better gauge a person base on their condition rather than if they act a certain way because they want attention.

This course helped me to develop quantitative skills for my personal as well as my professional life. I learn to use reasoning and mathematical methods to find solutions to real-world problems. The portfolio project has also helped me how to budget and look at my financial standpoint as I prepare to pay back the student loan.

Interpersonal & Group Dynamics
This course is probably one of the most challenging courses I have had so far, the professor grouped you into a team to discuss some of the case studies, allowing me to view things from my team’s point of view. It allows you to be creative in the way you think and challenges you to be open-minded without being irrational with your decision.

Organizational
Psychology
This course covered so many topics such as diversity, leadership, culture, and personality that made us who we are as a person within our workplace. Understanding each topic had helped me to better understand myself and who I want to be as a person for my co-workers. Psychology has many structures and disorders that affect the mental state of a person’s mind, just because a person behaves a certain way doesn’t mean that they are normal, and by being able to evaluate these behaviors you can either help yourself or others.

This course had helped me to better understand how organizational behavior and leadership can make a big impact on the success of the company. Having a great leader with an innovation mindset can help a company change through difficult times from the rise of technology as well as how the world has changed in today's modern business world. As we all know that great leader also needs to be able to be a great communicator to his or her staff as well to help motivate as well as retain employees.

My goal is to get my MBA in business. I want to one day be able to open my own business instead of relying income from employer. I want to set my own schedule so I can spend more time with my family rather than over working myself.
I'm a student at Bryant and Stratton College trying to persuade my Assiciate degree and eventually go for my bachelor. I'm a family oriented guy with a 15 month old babay boy whom meant the world to me. As for right now I work as a machine operator for a manufactoring company call Resonetics. I enjoy the outdoor such as hiking, camping, and fishing.
