My name is Nicole Jackson, and I am a Human and Social Services student at Bryant & Stratton College. I am working toward a career as a case manager because I enjoy helping people and making a positive impact in my community. During my studies, I have developed skills in communication, problem-solving, ethics, and connecting people with helpful resources. I am dependable, caring, and eager to continue learning and growing in this field. My goal is to help individuals and families overcome challenges and improve their quality of life while making a positive difference every day.
