My name is Kelly and I'm going to share some information about myself with you.
One of my qualities that I value the most is my determination to succeed. It was two years ago that I decided I was going to college to reinvest in myself. I am not the average college student as I am in my late forties, so this idea terrified me. Nevertheless, I took that leap of faith, and I have never looked back. It is through my college journey that I proved to myself just how determined I am to succeed not only for me, but also my family.
I have spent the past two decades working in an industry that I felt I had to chose between my family and my career. While this career provided financial stability, I often had to miss key opportunities with my family. Now I am dedicated to forging a new path that allows me to find the balance of a meaningful career, and precious time with my family.
