Spin class is my go to way of exercising whether I'm looking to get in a great workout, let out some stress, or just have fun. I go into each class knowing that it is an oppurtunity to better myself. I took my first spin class in the beginning of 2019 and have been hooked ever since!
I love traveling with my friends and family and seeing new places that I have not seen before. My favorite place I have been so far is Southern California. I have never been out of the country, but would love to explore Italy!
