Before this, I worked at Millcreek as an IR Analyst and Risk Coordinator. I ensured we met accreditation standards and conducted investigations into possible abuse and neglect in a residential treatment center. My dedication to advocating for patients and holding wrongdoers accountable showed just how committed I am to client safety and making a real difference in their lives. The experience I gained at Millcreek has been invaluable in my current role.
I am passionate about working with a team of dedicated clinicians who share my commitment to helping others. My dedication to my clients' well-being and my ability to adapt to their varying needs make me a great fit for any team. I believe my experiences align well with the goals and values of the organizations I've worked with.
My passion for helping others truly blossomed during my time as a Risk Coordinator. Witnessing the hardships children faced in their home lives, only to encounter similar abuse and neglect from facility staff, was eye-opening. Being able to provide safety, advocate for justice, and prevent these issues from recurring fueled my commitment to this field. Encouraged by colleagues who saw my potential, I decided to pursue a degree in Social Work after five years of thoughtful consideration. This decision was driven by my desire to continue making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
