There were multiple times we had to practice or play out scenarios with our classmates about different employees in the workplace. There were also reflection and check ins throughout to course. This was helpful in identifying where you were at and your understanding of the course.
We created a resume, cover letter and simulated an interview in the modules. There was a class period we had to read our cover letter out loud and practice. There was also a time we had to practice an interview in the module. There were questions asked and we needed to answer them.
We created a mycred profile, this will be very useful when applying for jobs as well. This was a profile on the website for blackboard. This is going to be able to help with the hiring process as well.
